#7 Alex”Sweet Feet”Percival c/o '77

Alex ”Sweet Feet” Percival played football from 1973 to 1977, where he received All-Conference SIAC four years in a row.  Percival was the all-time leading receiver with 134 receptions, a record Percival held that record for 23 years.  Percival was selected to Who’s Who Among Colleges & Universities in 1977.  Percival won the Golden Helmet Award, as outstanding player at Morehouse College in1974.  Percival was drafted into the National Football League (NFL) by the Cincinnati Bengals in 1977, becoming only the second player in Morehouse history to accomplish such a goal.
