Maroon Tigers Lose Second Buzzer Beater

Box Score The Maroon Tigers lost their third one-point game and second buzzer beater of the season, when Eric Dubose drove three quarters of the court and sank a floater in the lane that gave Livingstone a 58-57 win.

Morehouse had taken a one-point lead, on two free throws by Michael Scott, with 2.7 seconds on the clock. But Dubose took the inbounds pass and drove untouched to the basket.

The loss drops Morehouse to 2-5.

Livingstone improved to 6-1.

Morehouse returns to action, January 3, at 3:30 p.m., against Tuskegee University.
