RALEIGH, NC | Morehouse quarterback Miles Scott (Laurel, MD, Atholton HS) was named HBCU National Player of the Week after completing 22-of-35 passes (63 percent) for 326 yards and four touchdowns and running for another 41 yards in helping lead the Maroon Tigers to the 27-20 victory over Tuskegee in the 89th Morehouse-Tuskegee Classic in Montgomery, Ala. in front of a crowd of 14,586 at the Cramton Bowl. The Maroon Tigers were down 17-0 early and 20-6 in the third quarter. His 14-yard touchdown pass to Maurie Veney with 1:55 remaining in the fourth quarter proved to be the game winner.
This is Scott's third year in the Maroon Tigers' program. He leads the SIAC in passing yards per game (253.8) and is tied for second in touchdowns passes (9).

The show talks all sports and has broadcast live from Radio Row at The Big Game and from NBA All-Star Weekend as well as from the U.S. Open. BOXTOROW, as it is also known, was credentialed to cover the Super Bowl for the first time during the Super Bowl in Tampa in 2009. Other events covered include MLB All-Star Games, NBA Finals, NHL All-Star Game and the Daytona 500.
