ATLANTA, Ga./FRANKFORT, Ky. – Morehouse College and Kentucky State University jointly announced that their football game scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026, will now be played at Alumni Stadium in Frankfort, Kentucky. Kickoff remains set for 1 p.m. ET.
The relocation follows the announcement by Young Entrepreneurz Solutions (YES) that the YES HBCU Football Classic in Nassau, Bahamas, has been canceled due to funding challenges. The two institutions mutually agreed to relocate the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) matchup to Kentucky State's home stadium.
Morehouse and Kentucky State appreciate the efforts of YES and all partners involved in planning the international event. Both institutions remain committed to pursuing opportunities that enhance the student-athlete experience and promote HBCU athletics.
