Atlanta, GA- Morehouse's very own football athlete
Daniel Norman has been selected to be apart of the HBCU Legacy Bowl. The HBCU Legacy Bowl will take place on February 19, 2022, at the Yulman Stadium in New Orleans, LA.
The HBCU Legacy Bowl is presented by the Black College Football Hall of Fame which is a postseason all-star game showcasing the best NFL draft-eligible football players from Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

"Norman resurgence late in the season not only helped put Morehouse in contention for a late push at our conference title, but also garnered him the accolades that we all knew he was capable of getting. I am proud of Daniel, and this is huge not only for him and his family, but the entire Morehouse Community!!"

Daniel Norman just played his 3
rd season with Morehouse's Football program. Norman entered 2021 as a Pre-Season All-Conference selection and finished as one of the top defenders in NCAA Division II with 9.5 Quarterback Sacks (16th) and 16.5 Tackles for loss (14th) and 59 total tackles for Morehouse College who finished in 3rd place in the Eastern Division of the SIAC. In the 2021 season he was responsible for 4 pass break ups; 1 interception; 4 forced fumbles and 2 blocked punts this season. He finished with 137 Career tackles in 3 years at Morehouse College.
