Columbia, SC- Morehouse bounces back from loss against Central State with a dominating win over Allen University, 82-56.

Morehouse kicked off the game with an incredible 14 point lead over the Yellow Jackets. The Yellow Jackets would slowly try to catch up to the Maroon Tigers during the first half, but Morehouse was on fire with back to back shots, and was 16-22 at the free throw line. The Maroon Tigers would finish the half with a 19 point lead over Allen, 39-20.

Morehouse kept their lead the entire second half, at the 3:36 mark they would accomplish their biggest lead of 35 points. The Yellow Jackets would try their best to catch up, but Morehouse was not backing down and finished the game with a win.

To lead the Yellow Jackets was Chase Cook with 11 points.

Andrew Stewart and Kerry Richardson would both finish with double digits, Stewart 21 points and Richardson 20 points. Following behind them was Mohamad Diallo with 14 points.

The Maroon Tigers are still on the road as they get ready to take on Benedict College. The game will take place on Monday, Jan 9, tip off at 7:30pm.
