Atlanta, GA- It is rival week for Morehouse College as they get ready to take on Clark Atlanta. Here is everything you need to know for this weekends game.
 
Basketball:
The Maroon Tigers traveled to Washington DC this past weekend to take on Howard University in the MLK Classic. Both teams played an incredible game, but Howard secured the win, 89-65. To lead the Maroon Tigers was Joemel McNair with a total of 21 points.

PRICE:
Morehouse College students, faculty, and staff will have free entry with their valid Morehouse ID. Tickets for the general public and children over 5 years old are being sold at the Forbes Arena ticket booth for $15.
 
Doors:
Morehouse will have the doors opening at 11:30am

Parking:
Parking will be available in the parking garage on Morehouse campus, and there will also be parking available at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church parking lot, which is a paid parking lot.
 
*Morehouse Athletics has lifted their mask mandate but will be implementing the clear bag policy.

To enhance existing security measures and expedite venue entry at Morehouse Athletics events, a "Clear Bag Policy" is being implemented that regulates the size and type of bag that may be carried into venues. The Clear Bag Policy is effective on November 2nd, 2022 and will be in place for the first basketball home game.

• Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags
• Small clutch bags or purses do not have to be clear but cannot exceed 4.5" x 6.5"

Bags not permitted include:

• Backpacks, printed pattern plastic bags, fanny packs, purses, reusable grocery totes, mesh or straw bags, duffle bags, large totes, camera, or binocular cases.
• Diaper bags are not allowed. Items normally carried in a diaper bag must be put into a clear plastic bag for venue entry.
