Atlanta, GA- This evening our volleyball team hosted a rematch against Reinhardt University. Despite the lost (0-3), Morehouse fought all the way until the end of set 3. The scores were 25-14, 25-18, and 25-14 as Morehouse was determined for their first win of the season. 
 
The Eagles flew past Morehouse in the first set with a lead of 19-10 until Morehouse started to make a comeback making it up to 14. The second set, Morehouse started out the game on a good note as they were getting ready for a win but just in a blink of an eye the Eagles woke up and took their second win. The third set started out a little slow for both Morehouse and Reinhardt, but the Eagles eventually took the lead along with the last win.

To lead the Eagles was Rayner Sarmiento who had 10 kills and 3 blocks. John Hynes was the next top scorer with 5 kills.
 
The Maroon Tigers would end the match with a total of 9 kills.  Kristopher Woods and Nasir Barnes would both tie for 3 kills each. Aidan Pullian had 3 blocks, Concepcion had 2 blocks and 5 assists.
  
Our Maroon Tigers will be back in action on Friday, Mar 18, as travel to Fort Valley. Game time at 6pm.
