Columbia, SC- Our Men's Basketball continues their winning streak to 14 as they beat Allen University, 80-66.

Morehouse started the game out a little slow as Allen got the first 2 points of the game, but it did not take long for our Maroon Tigers to take the lead. Morehouse ended the first half with a 29-point lead, score being 42-18.

After the half time, the Yellow Jackets woke up and started playing like they wanted to end the Maroon Tigers winning streak. Morehouse would soon lose their 29-point lead against Allen as they caught up with 1:04 left in the second half only giving Morehouse a 14-point lead. Anthony Baker Jr. lead Allen with 29 points and following behind him was Stanley Christian with 16 points, and 11 rebounds.

Guard Jordan Sterling was on fire tonight shooting threes left and right. Sterling led his team with 23 points, two assists, and four steals. Senior Noah Morgan was not too far behind Sterling, Morgan added 14 points, seven rebounds, five assists, and two steals.

Morehouse will be back in action on Saturday, Feb 19 as they play against Benedict College at 3pm.
