Maroon Tigers Battered by Rams

Box Score April 14, 2017 -- ALBANY, GA -- The Maroon Tigers surrendered 10 unearned runs and fell to the Albany State Golden Rams, 13-3.

The Rams posted four unearned runs in the first inning to set the tone. Another four freebies in the fourth and two in the sixth put the game way out of reach. 
Morehouse scored three unearned runs in the fourth. 

The Maroon Tigers collected five hits, while giving up 12 hits. 

Pitcher Anthony Dodd went three and a third and took the loss. He was replaced on the mound by Grant Bennett. 

The two teams will play a doubleheader today.
