Maroon Tigers Win on Kannady Walkoff

Box Score Bobby Kannady hit a walkoff single in the bottom of the ninth inning and lifted Morehouse to an 8-7 win and weekend sweep of the Clark Atlanta Panthers.

With his second hit of the season -- a blooper to right field , Kannady drove in shortstop Elijah Sudduth for the winning run. 

The game-winning hit was redemption for Kannady, who had entered the game as a pinch runner for left fielder Jared Maner in the bottom of the eight inning, when Morehouse was ahead 5-3. But Kannady made a baserunning blunder and was picked off of first base.
