Prepped at Evans High School in Evans, GA, where he competed in Football and Track. He graduated in 2025.

Personal:
He is from Milledgeville, GA, and is majoring in Business Administration at Morehouse. He is a football student-athlete. His nickname is "Reek or Reco." Harper chose Morehouse because he felt like it was a great place to grow as a man on and off the field. Also the opportunities surrounding the school. After Morehouse, he plans to play professional ball and/or have many different sources of income. He enjoys Fishing. His favorite professional sports teams include Baltimore Ravens. He lists Ray Lewis, Bo Jackson, Lawrence Taylor, and Barry Sanders among his favorite sports figures and influences. He lists beating Thomson his senior year in high school as his greatest sports moment.
