Before Morehouse:
Prepped at Fairfield High Preparatory School in Fairfield, AL, where he competed in Football, Baseball, and Track&Field. He was also involved in DECA, Concert Choir, HOSA, and SGA. Odoms earned O/D All American, 3rd team All state Linebacker, 1st team All-Conference, 1st team All-Region, National Beta Club. 2x Team Defensive MVP. He graduated in 2020. Before Morehouse, he attended University Alabama of Birmingham(2020-2022), Miles College(2022).

Personal:
He is from Fairfield, AL, and is majoring in Biology, Psychology at Morehouse. He is a defensive lineman. His nickname is "CJ, Slick." Odoms chose Morehouse because he told a woman when he was 11 on a field trip to Atlanta at the King’s tomb, that he would one day go to Morehouse. It’s been a very long and challenging road before he got here but he is finally where he belongs. After Morehouse, he plans to attending Medical school with aspirations of specializing in Neurology. He enjoys Science and gaming. His favorite shows include A Different World, Yu Yu Hakusho, and Hardknocks. His favorite professional sports teams include Cincinnati Bengals, Los Angeles Lakers, and Phoenix Mercury. He lists Aaron Donald, Sean Taylor, DeWanna Bonner, and Ray Lewis among his favorite sports figures and influences. He lists playing in an All-American bowl on ESPN as his greatest sports moment.
