Prepped at Oxon Hill High School in Fort Washington, MD, where Cutler competed in football, lacrosse, and wrestling. Cutler was also involved in National Honor Society; Project Lead the Way Honors Society; African Studies. Cutler earned * PG All-County 3A/4A 1st Team; * Maryland All-State 3A East Team; * Principal’s Honor Roll; * Top 4 in Division 3A for Sacks; * Top 5 in Prince George’s County 3A/4A for Sacks; * Top 11 in Prince George’s County 3A/4A for Tackles; * Team Defensive Player of the Year; * Prince George’s County Elite 22 — Top 22 Rising Seniors. Cutler graduated in 2026.

Cutler is from Fort Washington, MD, and is majoring in Applied Physics (Dual-Degree Engineering-DDEP). Cutler competes in football. On the field, Cutler plays defensive lineman. Cutler's nickname is "Arthur." Cutler chose Morehouse because of the academic and athletic prominence. After Morehouse, Cutler plans to use his STEM capabilities to improve others' lives. Cutler enjoys spending time with family. Cutler's favorite shows include Attack on Titan. Cutler's favorite professional sports teams include Atlanta Falcons. Cutler lists a three-sack game against cross-city rivals as a greatest sports moment.
