ATLANTA, GA | Morehouse closes the regular season with one more meaningful step on the schedule, hosting Spring Hill College on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026 (7:00 p.m.) inside Forbes Arena. The SIAC matchup was originally set for Jan. 24, but was postponed due to weather—and now becomes a final tune-up with plenty still on the line.
What's at stake for Morehouse
The Maroon Tigers enter the night 18-9 overall and 18-5 in SIAC play, riding a four-game winning streak and momentum that includes wins in 14 of their last 16. Morehouse has already secured at least a share of the SIAC East regular-season championship, and a win Thursday would lock up the title outright. Just as important: the Maroon Tigers have positioned themselves for the postseason, with the 2026 SIAC Men's Basketball Championship set for March 4–7 at the Clayton County Convocation Center (Morrow, Ga.).
Scouting the Badgers
Spring Hill comes to Atlanta to close its regular season as well, with a record of 4-23 overall (4-19 SIAC). The Badgers will be playing their final game with nothing to save, often a dangerous recipe, while Morehouse looks to stay sharp and healthy heading into March.
Last meeting
These teams have already seen each other once in conference play this season, with Morehouse earning an 83-60 road win at Spring Hill back on Nov. 22.
