This milestone moment reflects our mission to grow the game by expanding access, elevating the sport in metro Atlanta, and creating meaningful pathways for inner-city youth.
This year's Invitational brings together elite NCAA men's and women's lacrosse programs, an expanded women's division, and an opportunity to support youth development and national charitable partners.

Mission – 285 LAX INC.
The mission of 285 LAX INC., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is to host high-level lacrosse events in metro Atlanta to grow the sport and raise awareness, particularly among inner-city youth. These events generate proceeds that support underserved youth lacrosse programs and select local and national charities.
The Invitational is a central driver of this mission—delivering elite lacrosse, expanding access, and fostering community impact across metro Atlanta and beyond.
A Milestone Partnership: 285 LAX INC. x Morehouse College
This year marks our first-ever partnership with Morehouse College, a collaboration that brings high-level lacrosse to an HBCU campus for the first time in this event's history. Hosting the Invitational at Morehouse aligns powerfully with our mission to grow the sport by increasing visibility, representation, and opportunity in communities that have historically had limited access to lacrosse.
This venue choice serves as an exciting and meaningful step toward building awareness and expanding the game throughout the Atlanta University Center and surrounding communities.
Growing the Game — Including the Expansion of Women's Lacrosse
Traditionally centered on the men's game, the Invitational has expanded to include women's NCAA matchups, opening new doors for female student-athletes and strengthening the pipeline for girls and women in the Southeast.
The 2025 slate features powerhouse programs and showcases the rising level of women's lacrosse engagement across the region.
