NEW YORK, NY | Omar Rowe of Morehouse has been selected to participate in the 3rd HBCU All Star Dream Classic to be held in Rucker Park in Harlem, New York City, on Saturday, August 9. The initiative has proved a huge drawn for Alumni, Students and Community to celebrate the HBCU Culture while Higher Education is on break. It's an opportunity for the world to take notice through print media that share the importance of HBCU.

Rowe came to Morehouse after spending two seasons at Florida Southwestern State College in Fort Myers, FL.
"It's truly an honor to be a part of this event, especially as someone who grew up in Queens (NYC)," stated Rowe. "Rucker Park and events like this have always been the heart and soul of basketball culture, and to be included in something that carries that legacy is a huge deal for me. It's about representing where I'm from and showing that no matter where you start, you can make an impact and be part of something bigger. Queens Get The Money, As We Say!!!
Rowe is looking forward to the "Player Draft" of June 29 and the "Player PVO" live from Rucker Park soon there after.
