ATLANTA, GA | Ahead of Saturday's basketball game against Clark Atlanta, the Morehouse Department of Athletics releases "Know Before You Go" to provide fans, students, and alumni with important information to know before attending this, and future, athletic events at Morehouse College.

As a reminder, gates open at 2:30PM and we encourage fans to arrive early!  The general public must enter through the entrance on Atlanta-Student Movement (ASM) Blvd.  Morehouse students, faculty, and staff ONLY should enter through the upstairs campus-side doors of Forbes Arena.

CASHLESS CONCESSIONS

Cash will not be accepted at any concession stands. Patrons may pay with Apple Pay/Google Pay, credit or debit card.

RESTROOMS

Restrooms are located in the corridor of Forbes Arena.  The women's restrooms are located nearest the ASM entrance and the men's restrooms are located nearest the campus-side entrance.

The fastest and most convenient way to access your mobile season tickets is through FrestTix.  To learn more about mobile tickets, please visit www.morehouseathletic.com and click on Tickets. Once there, please follow the simple steps. Mobile tickets must be downloaded to your mobile or be printed. 

PRINT-AT-HOME TICKETS

Fans choosing print-at-home tickets will also enjoy easy, contactless entrance to Maroon Tiger events. Fans will have the option to print their ticket upon checkout.  Each ticket must be printed off separately on a standard 8.5x11 sheet of white paper. 

TICKET SCANNERS

There will be handheld ticket scanners for entry into the Forbes Arena. For tickets displayed on a smartphone, we recommend have the screen brightness all the way up for optimal scanning. 

MOREHOUSE STUDENTS/STAFF/FACULTY

Morehouse students, staff, and faculty may enter the game, free of charge, with a valid Morehouse ID.  All students, faculty, and staff must enter through the upper doors in the rear of Forbes Arena (near Kinisiology).  All those without a valid ID will be asked to enter through the ASM doors to Forbes Arena.  

NON-MOREHOUSE STUDENT TICKETS

Non-Morehouse students may purchase reduced price tickets at the ticket window ONLY.  Student must present a valid student ID to purchase ticket.  Student-ticket purchases are limited to one per person.

WALK-UP SALES

Tickets will be available for purchase at our ticket window.  NO CASH SALES OF TICKETS WILL BE ALLOWED!  Fans may purchase tickets via a credit card at the window.

WILL CALL

A will-call window will be available at our ticket booth.  Please present your photo ID to claim your ticket. 

ARRIVE EARLY (with digital ticket) (Approx. Entry Times)

• 90-45 minutes before: No delays (less than 1 minute to enter)
• 45-25 minutes before: Moderate delays (5-10 minutes to enter)
• 25 minutes - opening tip: Longer delays (15-25 minutes to enter)

MEDIA

Media who have been credentialed may pick their credential at the ticket booth.  Media must present a photo ID to claim your credential.  Media credentials must be displayed at all times when within the confines of the playing area in Forbes Arena.

FORBES ARENA ENTRY/CARRY-IN POLICY

Doors open 90 minutes prior to opening tip and we encourage fans to arrive early! Fans are encouraged to review the clear bag policy at the end of this communication.  THERE WILL BE NO RE-ENTRY INTO THE FORBES ARENA.

PARKING

The Morehouse parking garage is selling parking the day of the game ($10).  The garage is located near the main entrance to campus at 830 Westview Dr. SW, Atlanta, GA 30314.  (Early arrival and RIDESHARE is suggested).  Should you choose to park at the church across from the ASM entrance, please be sure to pay accordingly.  The church parking lot price is significantly more than the Morehouse parking garage and is NOT set by Morehouse.

Metal detectors will continue to be used as part of the security screening at the Forbes Arena. All bags will still be subject to search upon entry.

FOLLOW THE ACTION

• Saturday's game will be broadcast live on the MAROON TIGERS SPORTS NETWORK. The BCSN Gametime show will begin at 3PM and show live coverage of our senior day festivities and other pregame ceremonies.  The game will tip off at 4PM.  Halftime will feature performances by the Maroon Tigers Cheerleaders and Mahogany in Motion.  Morehouse basketball will also honor its first Den Of Honor class at halftime.

PUBLIC SAFETY

Smoke-free environment (No vapes, electronic cigarettes, etc.).  Anyone with the appearance of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be removed from the premises.
