Atlanta, GA - The Maroon Tigers finished the series with an doubleheader against Albany State on Monday, April 10, The first game kicked off for the Golden Rams with a win 24-7, and the second game Morehouse would make an incredible nail biting comeback and win, 7-6.

Game 1:
Albany State would kick off series with eight runs in the 1^st inning and would get 11 runs in the 2^nd inning. Morehouse would have a tough time scoring until the 4^th inning when they get four runs. Golden Rams would score five more times during the 4^th inning and would stop scoring after that. Morehouse would get three runs in the 7^th inning.

Lavosier Fisher had 7 RBI's, Johnathan Logsdon had 3 RBI's. Zane Ross, Nathan Loyd, Corley Hill, Luke Addison, Austin Roberts, and Pierce Thomas all finished with 2 RBI's.

Darren Avent had 2 RBI's. Elijah Pinckney, Michael Scott, Jaeden Mitchell, Timothy Whiteman, and George Lester had 1 RBI.  

Game 2:
The Maroon Tigers would make an incredible comeback against the Golden Rams and walk away with a win to end the series.

Morehouse kicked off the game with scoring in the 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd inning with one run. In the 2^nd inning, TJ Whiteman would get a home run to the left field. The Golden Rams would not score until the very end of the game in the 5^th, 6^th, and 7^th inning. During the 7^th inning, the score would tie 6-6 and it was a nail biter on who would walk away with the win but a single line drive by James Thorpe would allow Jaylen Greene to score.

Johnathan Logdson had 3 RBI's. Nathan Loyd, and Jaelyn Brooks had 1 RBI.

David Coleman II had 3 RBI's. Timothy Whiteman had 2 RBI's. Elijah Pinckney, and James Thorpe had 1 RBI.

The Maroon Tigers are on the road for their next weekend series against Spring Hill College on Friday, April 14, first pitch at 5pm.
