Atlanta, GA- This past weekend the Maroon Tigers track and field team participated at Clark Atlanta University Panther Invitational on Saturday, March 11
th. The field consisted of 14 teams.
Morehouse's track & field team would finish the invitational in 1
st place. The team would also place in 12 categories where they finished in the top-5 finishes.
For our Maroon Tigers, Jordan Ellul came in first place in the 1,500 meter with a time of 4:05.40. Brain Kemei came in first place in the 5,000 meter with a time of 15:28.81.
Morehouse had multiple athletes place in 12 categories for the outdoor season opener. The Maroon Tigers will be back in action this weekend March 17
th for the Alon Connie Shamrock in Myrtle Beach, SC.
