Atlanta, GA- Morehouse Maroon Tigers route Allen University 78 to 67 at Forbes Arena. The Maroon Tigers barrage of threes kept Allen University at a distance in the first half. Morehouse guard Billy Thomas was the high point man for the Maroon Tigers in the first half with four threes, including a buzzer-beater to end the first half.
 
The team made ten threes shot percentage of 47.6 from the three-point line in the first half. Allen University forward Stanley Christian carried his team with 16 points in the first half with 17 minutes played in the first half. He would finish with 24 points, one block, and a steal for the game.
 
In the second half, Allen University chipped away at the lead, cutting it down to just one within seven minutes to play with their three-point shooting and capitalizing off Morehouse's off shooting. However, the Maroon Tigers would pick it up as they started playing with more intensity on defense, leading to better offensive opportunities for the Maroon Tigers. Noah Morgan would lead the Maroon Tigers in scoring 19 points, one assist, and two steals. Billy Thomas and Kerry Richardson would also finish in double figures with 16 and 12 points.
 
Morehouse continues their win streak at eight wins. Morehouse plays an away game against AUC rival Clark Atlanta University on Jan. 22, and the time is still to be determined for the matchup.
