JACKSON, Tenn. – Morehouse College went on the road and fell to Lane College, 91-77, on Monday evening in Jackson, Tennessee.

The Maroon Tigers drop to 5-5, 2-1 SIAC while the Dragons improve to 6-5, 2-2 SIAC.

MHC played well in the first half connecting on 50 percent from behind the arc hitting 5-of-10 and going into the locker rooms down by only one point, 45-44.

In the second half Morehouse struggled from the charity strip finishing the game making only 23-of-39 on there way to the 14 point loss.

Individual Leaders
Morehouse was led by senior Tremell Gooden (Atlanta, GA) who finished with a double-double 10 points and 14 rebounds while Michael Olmert (Atlanta, GA) had 12 points and five assist.

Lane College was led by Tyler Henry who had a game-high 19 points.
