Maroon Tigers Beat Oxford Eagles

Sophomore Jabez Beazer delivers a forehand against Oxford College opponent in 7-2 Morehouse victory
February 18, 2014 -- ATLANTA -- For the second in 10 days, the Maroon Tigers knocked off the Oxford College of Emory University Eagles.

Morehouse won all three doubles matches and four of six singles matches, to record a 7-2 win. On February 8, Morehouse won 6-3.

The win improves Morehouse's record to 2-3.

Brandon Sanders, Christopher Hawthorne, Everette Reese and Noah Terry were the big hitters of the day, winning their singles and doubles matches.

Jabez Beazer and Kahai Hall won their doubles matches, but lost in singles.

Morehouse will make the short trip to Lawrenceville, Feb. 26, at 2 p.m., to face Georgia Gwinnett College.
